Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with Maximum Motorsport. By completing and submitting the customer order form online and using the Maximum Motorsport Online Shop, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Maximum Motorsport Online reserves the right at all times to make changes to the Maximum Motorsport Online Terms and Conditions, product offers, pricing and specifications, at its sole discretion without prior notice.
1. Definitions
The following apply to these Terms and Conditions.
Agreement means an agreement between you and Maximum Motorsport to supply Goods.
Delivery Address means the address to which the Goods are to be delivered as stated on the Order.
Goods means Goods described in an Order (including Gift Vouchers).
Order means an order by you to purchase Goods from Maximum Motorsport.
Personal Information includes, but not limited to your name, Delivery Address and payment details.
2. Price of Goods and Payment
All product prices quoted are in Australian Dollars, and include GST. Prices shown do not include delivery. You agree to pay the delivery and handling fee in respect to each product ordered and all applicable taxes in that regard.
2.1. Variation
Maximum Motorsport reserves the right to change or alter prices of products without notice. The price applicable shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered.
2.2. Method of Payment
Payments may be made using Stripe (and any credit cards accepted by Stripe). The Maximum Motorsport Online Shop does not accept cheque or cash for Goods. Payment must be cleared before the Goods are dispatched.
3. Delivery
3.1. Locations within Australia
Delivery charges quoted are applicable to locations within Australia. Standard delivery is by Parcel Post and Express Post satchels, and is available to locations serviced by the Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post delivery network.
3.2 Locations outside of Australia (International Orders)
Orders for delivery outside of Australia are not accepted on the Maximum Motorsport Online Shop. All international order must be placed by contacting Maximum Motorsport via the Contact page, or on 08 9458 1444.
3.3. Risk & Title
Risk and title in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated Delivery Address.
3.4. Delivery Requirements
In general, orders placed at the Maximum Motorsport Online Shop must be sent to a delivery address.
Please contact Maximum Motorsports before placing your order, if you wish to collect the good from Maximum Motorsport. Please contact Maximum Motorsport via our Contact page, or call us on +61 8 9458 1444.
Maximum Motorsport will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect details provided.
3.5. Delivery
Delivery time is normally within three – six business days.
Delivery times may vary, depending on location. The normal method of delivery is by Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Parcel. Delivery times to locations serviced by Parcel Post and Express Post may be found on the Australia Post web site, and may change without notice.
4. Stock and Product Availability
All Goods featured on this site have been included in good faith on the basis that the Goods as described will be available at the time of the sale, or soon after the time of sale.
Maximum Motorsport will use its best endeavours to ensure that all Goods ordered by you are supplied to you.
Maximum Motorsport reserves the right not to sell certain products to any person to which, or in any location where, the sale of certain Products is restricted or prohibited.
5. Cancellations
Please contact Maximum Motorsport on 08 9458 1444 if you wish to cancel your order. In some cases full or part payment of the original Order will be required. (For example, if the manufacture of Goods ordered has already commenced).
6. Returns
Should you wish to exchange or return an item purchased online, please contact Maximum Motorsport on 08 9458 1444.
Please note that Goods to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition.
Please note that delivery fees and handling fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.
7. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers may be redeemed against products and services from the Maximum Motorsport premises in Wangara, Western Australia. Gift vouchers may not be used for purchases made through the Maximum Motorsport Online Shop, and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers are valid for 36 Months from the date of issue.
8. Privacy and Security
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of processing the order, and may be shared with third party for the purpose of completing online payments or delivering your order.
9. Promotions and Discounts.
Maximum Motorsport, at its discretion, may honour promotions, discounts or offers currently available in-store. However all advertised items are available only while stocks last, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement.
10. Applicable Laws
The laws of Western Australia, Australia govern this agreement.
This site is created and controlled by Maximum Motorsport . Your use of this site is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Disputes arising from your use of this site are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, Australia.
This site may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. Maximum Motorsport makes no representations that the content of this site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia. If you access this site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you access the site.
